I really really really want to get a shaymin on my pokemon platinum and heartgold but I don't know if i can. The missions state that they are downloadable from October 4th to January 11th America. So do i have to be in america to download it? o.o please help :'( does that mean i can't? T_T

It only works if it says it's an event that's happening there at that time if not then you'll have to find someone to give it to you through wifi or go to the global trading place I would give you one but I haven't been able to find my game which is really bad luck too since I have really good pokemon and an extra shaymin and an anime con is coming up really really soon [really soon as in like tomorrow] sorry
