Singapore really isn't that big, having been there several times i have not seen one area that is popular with caucasians, clearly Little India wouldn't be an area to look for somewhere to live.

i've seen more of them in Holland village,bukit timah

Holland road, bukit timah and Sernagoon gardens (french and Aust School) , woodlands (american school)

Holland Rd, Woodlands, Bukit Timah are areas that you will larger groups of people but they also live all over the island.
