Definitely Singapore! I love it.

I have been to both places and there are advantages and disadvantages to each place. If you don't mind hot weather, then Singapore is really nice. The country is very clean, safe and organized. If you like changing seasons, and historic structures, then Boston is better suited. In Singapore land is a premium and most people live in apartments or flats. In Boston, you are better able to afford a house with a yard.
