that would mean major profits for secret porno dealers, also couldn't they just view over the internet, theirs literally tens of thousands of porn websites new ones created everyday, i doubt they can block all of em

How the hell can you ban pornography, other than make it illegal. But that doesn't stop the viewing. Now, if you mean that government is clamping down on the sex trade and exploitation, I understand your concerns.
