A Kooikerhondje is a duck tolling dog thats similar to a border collie. It is dutch in origin. I have tried the net to find breeders but most do not sell their dogs to customers abroad.

you've identified your own problem. most breeders wont ship. what exactly do you want the dog for.... companionship? for sport? for show? You best bet to actually acquire a dog of this breed, is to find a good breeder, preferably through the breed national club. if there is not one in Singapore, reach out to breed clubs in other nations nearest you. Trust your breeder to make a good selection for you and then finally fly out to pick up your pup personally. take the pup to the a vet while in that country to assure the pup's health is good. youd obviously would want to do this before you leave, just incase there is an issue with the pup, so you can return it to the breeder.
